There's that moment: when you're lying down on the couch or bed and you have to grab something on the ground, a faraway table, or across the room.
Most regular humans wouldn't even attempt such a feat. The remote control, dropped cell phone, or rolling bottle of advil will stay there, dormant, until that person has the inner strength to sit up and brave the hardwood floors.
-- but alas! Out your arms go, like a frog's tongue or spiderman's hand webs. It takes one tiny groan to finally reach it, but you do. It's a triumph of the human spirit, and of the will to be lazy.
Unfortunately the laziness involved prevents any sort of victory fist pump. But we know how awesome we are.
The video was hilarious. I enjoyed checking out your blog. Puts the humor in tall. A question I gotta ask is What kind of ways do guys flirt with you or approach you? Are they intimidated? Do shorter guys dare to chat you up? Not sure if you ever came across that question!
ReplyDeletegreat question. I get that a lot and should probably make a video... although I have a fear of any guys I know will see it.
ReplyDeleteBut alas, shorter guys approach me often enough. They can be categorized like this:
a) guys who are extremely cool with height and flirt like crazy
b) guys who are extremely cool with height but uninterested (fine by me)
b) creepy guys with a strange height fetish or
c) extremely defensive about their size and act out.
Now this last category of guys can be really a-holes. I've been bullied before. AT BARS. unreal. and I'm really friendly... there's a short man complex and i've learned to just ignore them. but this is a rare occurence, thank god.
But I'm cool with guys of any height. We're all the same heigh laying down! haha. that was crude.
Interesting take. So would a guy who finds your height attractive be in the A category?
